It seems us Aussies just can’t get enough of up and coming British songstress Birdy, with Live Nation this afternoon announcing that they’ve added two more shows to her forthcoming Australian tour.
With only limited tickets remaining for the singer’s first Melbourne show and Birdy’s two Sydney Opera House dates now fully sold out, a new show has been announced in each centre.
Birdy will now play a second Melbourne date – at Hamer Hall on April 09 – and a third Sydney Opera House show, on Sunday April 14.
Naturally, she’ll be performing tracks from her much-loved self-titled debut including the platinum selling smash ‘People Help The People’ and the six times platinum top five monster ‘Skinny Love’ (encores, anyone?).
Tickets for the new shows are on sale on Thursday February 14.
