Look out! There’s a new urban/hip hop festival on the horizon. It’s called the ‘Movement Festival’ and it’s coming to a city near you.
Live Nation and Niche Productions made the announcement today, revealing that they’d secured the high profile services of Nas as the headliner. The US-based rapper has also been named co-curator of the event, which will bring together local heroes Bliss N Eso alongside Def Jam artist 2 Chainz, Chiddy Bang, Joey Bada$$ and Angel Haze.
The Movement Festival kicks off at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on Friday April 26 before visiting Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
Tickets for all are on sale on Monday February 11.
