You know you’re doing something right when you’re just 21 years of age and your just-announced national tour is selling so well that you have to put on extra shows just an hour after they go on sale. But that’s precisely what happened earlier today for Sydney wunderkind Flume.
Armed with tracks from his No.1 self-titled debut album, he’s hitting up venues across the country from late April, but the demand in Sydney and Melbourne has been such that the original dates in both cities have now fully sold out.
Organisers have therefore announced second dates in each centre – tickets for which are on sale now.
Flume will be joined on tour by Melbourne singer songwriter Chet Faker, whose star also continues to rise.
