Brisbane-based songstress Emma Louise is celebrating the forthcoming release of her debut album ‘vs Head vs Heart’ by announcing a national tour.
Hot on the heels of her trio of live dates in January, the singer will perform for audiences in all states and territories, kicking off with a duo of dates in Tasmania from May 02.
Guests Thelma Plum and Patrick James will fill the support shoes at each of the dates, with tickets for all on sale now.
Emma had us captivated with her single ‘Boy’ in the middle of last year, just over six months on from her win as Breakthrough Independent Artist Of The Year at the 2011 Jagermeister Independent Music Awards. Since then, she’s left audiences spellbound on her own headline shows (along with support roles for the likes of Missy Higgins), has released a new single ‘Freedom’ and will later this month drop her debut album ‘vs Head vs Heart’ (March 22).
But with a big buzz surrounding the starlet, we have a sneaking suspicion the next 12 months are only going to get busier.
