Ms Mimi has delivered arguably her most pop sounding single for years in ‘Almost Home’ – the highlight single from the new Disney movie ‘Oz : The Great And Powerful’.
Co-produced by Norwegian outfit Stargate, the single is a shuffling mid-tempo synth-pop number which now comes with an official video, directed by long-time collaborator David LaChapelle.
It’s a pretty simple affair, with snippets from the movie intercut with images of Mariah in a studio. And her needs are pretty simple it seems… A black dress, some long lashes, a vintage stool and a wind machine.
