Hands down one of our favourite dance/pop songstresses on planet pop, Ms EB has decided to consign her dancing shoes to the closet for her upcoming album release, which she’s crafting with the help of British singer songwriter Ed Harcourt.
“It’s not a dance record, or a pop record, but something a bit different. I still love dance and pop music and I will be doing more of that further down the line but sometimes you’ve got to challenge yourself a bit by trying something new,” she said in a statement.
The free download, entitled ‘Young Blood’, is a stripped back, emotional, raw, beautiful piece and still in demo form, pointing to a dramatically different style of long player that’s set for release later this year.
