We’ve been full of praise for the new single for Melbourne singer songwriter Owl Eyes, saying recently of ‘Closure’ that it was “all dreamy vocals, smooth beats and radio-ready global-quality production, recalling Fleetwood Mac’s brilliant ‘Seven Wonders’ and ‘Everywhere’.
It’s the latest single lifted from Owl Eyes’ debut album ‘Nightswim’, which finally lands at retailers across the country today.
Smashingly, ‘Closure’ now also has a video clip to accompany it and thought it’s incredibly minimal, with our pop heroine perched atop a Lazy Susan while an octet of dancers do their thing up back.
Sadly, later in the clip it appears that someone’s left the studio door wide open and let’s just say… the weather outside is frightful. But ‘Closure’s so delightful.
