Last time he toured the country back in 2011, he played venues like Sydney’s Luna Park Big Top and Melbourne’s Festival Hall. But Bruno Mars’ star has risen considerably since then and hot on the heels of his Logies performance on the weekend, the star and Live Nation have this morning announced his return to our shores early next year for his first Australian arena shows.
The ‘Moonshine Tour’ will touch down at Perth Arena on Friday February 28 before shuffling through Melbourne and Brisbane, ending up at Allphones Arena in Sydney on Monday March 10. Seems there’s a little bit of scope for extra shows if need be.
Bruno will be playing all his hits including ‘Grenade’ and ‘Just The Way You Are’, along with tracks from his latest album ‘Unorthodox Jukebox’, which has so far spawned the singles ‘Locked Out Of Heaven’ and ‘When I Was Your Man’.
Live Nation pre-sale kicks off on Monday, Ticketek pre-sale next Friday (April 19) and general public tickets hit from 9am on Monday April 22.
