Ministry Of Sound’s bi-annual ‘Running Trax’ compilations have fast become one of the biggest selling in the company’s many series as they bring together a host of fantastic, pumping, up-to-the-minute sounds to help you stave off the kilos, no matter what time of year.
Winter officially gets underway on Saturday, so those plucky folks at Ministry felt it their duty to plop together another fine selection of tasty tunes they they hope will keep you feeling fit, trim and active right throughout the cooler months.
Once again the triple disc compile is split into three unique playlists… Walk, Jog and Run – and each are housed in separate discs.
Disc one (the walk component) houses tracks from Rudimental, The Potbelleez, Fatboy Slim, Usher and one of our current chart faves in Duke Dumont’s ‘Need U (100%)’.
The second disc ups the tempo for the joggers among us. It’s filled with tunes from the likes of Porter Robinson, Sebastian Ingrosso and Tommy Trash, Rita Ora, Silver Sneakerz, The Presets and Dirty South.
While the third and final disc (for the runners) kicks off with Sam & The Womp’s ‘Bom Bom’ before launching into Pitbull, Timmy Trumpet, Bombs Away, Luciana and many, many more.
The 56 tracks across the three discs are sure to get you working up a sweat and keeping the cold at bay. It’s released on Friday June 14.
