Plenty of updates from the gang at Splendour In The Grass this afternoon with regards the upcoming sideshows, with a number selling out, some heading to larger venues and a few extra dates added for good measure.
UK singer songwriter Jake Bugg, whose debut self-titled album was released late last year, has seen his Sydney show upgraded from the Oxford Art Factory to the Metro Theatre. Ditto UK outfit Daughter and their Sydney show. They’ve also sold out their Corner Hotel show in Melbourne.
James Blake’s Sydney and Perth shows have now sold out, with a new show (at the Sydney Opera House on July 29) now on sale.
Both of Haim’s sideshows have also sold out, with Laura Marling’s dates – part of the Heavenly Sounds series – announced earlier today.
