Great news for fans of Victorian-based songstress Adalita today, with news of a brand new song and a trio of East Coast headline shows penned in for next month.
It’s been two years since the singer delivered her self-titled debut long player, which subsequently earned her the Best Independent Album gong at the AIR Awards, but new music is just around the corner with the release of ‘All Day Venus’ – a track described as “a state of blissful musical transcendence”.
The new tune is our first taste of a new album, which her label Liberation tells us is currently in the mixing stage for a release later in the year.
Fans will get a chance to hear some of the new material in the live arena, with Adalita also revealing a trio of live shows across the East Coast next month.
She’ll play dates in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, with tickets for all dates on sale now.
August 02 : Melbourne (The Tote)
