US teen sensations R5 will visit Australia early next month for a promotional visit in support of their just-released EP ‘Loud’.
The band, made up of siblings Riker, Rydel, Rocky and Ross Lynch and their friend Ratliff (yep, that’d be where the name R5 comes from) will be in Sydney for a whirlwind promo visit and a live concert following on from their massive 50 city tour throughout the US and Canada.
Local audiences might recognise the band’s lead singer Ross from his starring role in the Disney TV series ‘Austin And Ally’ and his upcoming role in the Disney flick ‘Teen Beach Movie’.
R5 will play their one-off live show at Sydney’s Metro Theatre on Friday August 02.
“We are really excited to come to Australia and play for our fans, this concept has worked really well for us all around the world and gives us a platform to showcase our music,” Ross said in a statement.
Tickets are on sale now.
