We recently brought you a tasty little tid-bit of Brisbane producer Tyler Touché (AKA Jordan Hankins).
The teenager’s single ‘Heart In Motion’ was a “bubbling piece of funkalicious electro goodness” that was as good as anything on Daft Punk’s latest album ‘Random Access Memories’ and, like most Australian music these days, had been championed almost solely by the good people at Triple J.
Tyler also scored a spot on the stages of Splendour In The Grass late last month and has been added to the line-up for this month’s Triple J House Party tour, which kicks off at The Metro in Sydney on August 24.
Today, however, he releases his debut EP called ‘Technicolour Symphony’; four tracks of French house beefiness including said lead gem ‘Heart In Motion’ (worth the price of admission alone) and a Sterling remix of the disco-house amazingness of ‘Baguette’.
Take a listen to the single below. Heck, just skip the Soundcloud link, just head straight for your digital retailer and buy the whole thing.
