Lil’ Miss Bella Ferraro didn’t really set the charts on fire with her debut single ‘Set Me On Fire’, but then again, it was too strikingly beautiful, intimate and confident to get any kind of love from commercial radio. Even the indie cool kids would’ve turned their noses up at it simply because it came from the lips of a reality contestant.
So Bella might not get the love from the indies, but she’s sure as hell going to give the commercial sector a fair old crack with her new single ‘Forgot You’, which picks up the tempo and adds The Collective’s Will Singe with a rap that’ll help give it some extra street cred.
The song doesn’t really need it. It’s a touching pop ballad that lyrically (and visually, below) deals with the breakdown of a relationship and Bella’s need to move on from the negativity and pain.
