Now that The Wanted’s new album is officially locked into the local release schedule (November 08 for the slow ones), things are starting to pick up pace for the British fivesome, with the video for their latest single ‘Show Me Love (America)’ dropping early yesterday.
And gosh, doesn’t it start out all dramatic!? What with the moody black and white tones, the angry yelling, the thunder, the lightning, the violins!
Thankfully the chaos and screaming gives way to a more elegant, classy pop song, as the boys all split their roles between time on the stage of a grand old theatre (that’d be ‘theater’ in the US, obviously) and playing various roles out on the street. There’s even a shot of the boys all dancing and singing in the rain (‘Back For Good’, anyone?).
