2013 ‘The Voice’ winner Harrison Craig will release a new album next month.
Timed to co-incide with Mother’s Day, ‘L.O.V.E.’ will contain a selection of timeless classics, all released in tribute of his own mum Janine.
“Over the years, she has given me so much,” Harrison said in a statement. “And if I can give her back even the smallest amount of happiness I will, I will feel like I am doing my job – giving happiness to those who mean the most.”
The new 13 track LP will again be a specially-selected range of cover versions, each of which hold special meaning to the singer. There’s Robbie Williams’ ‘Angels’, the classic ‘Moon River’ and other favourites like ‘Dream A Little Dream Of Me’, ‘Love Is In The Air’ and even Labrinth’s recent chart hit ‘Beneath Your Beautiful’.
To celebrate its release, Harrison will embark on a trio of East Coast Mother’s Day shows – one each in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Dam he’s lookin’ fine! His music is not my style but I wish him well. If only radio would play him and give us a break from the same 20 songs they play over and over.

sweet jesus, Australian pop from idol shows in ten years time will not be remembered for anything original. Covers covers covers…seize the moment and create something new!
