In celebration of the recent release of her new album ‘O Vertigo!’, Kate Miller-Heidke will tour Australia throughout August.
The national album tour kicks off at Perth’s Astor Theatre on August 01, with a slew of further shows across the country in the four weeks following.
“I feel like live performance has always been at the heart of what I do,” the singer said in a statement about the tour. “Often the test of a good song is if it works in a very stripped-back, acoustic mode. I love reinventing the songs in this way. I’m looking forward to bringing the new songs, as well as a mixture of older stuff, out far beyond the capital cities, especially places I’ve never played before.”
She’ll be joined in the support role by up and coming British singer songwriter Ryan Keen.
Tickets for the national tour are on sale this Thursday, May 22.
