It was just over a week ago when UK singer songwriter Mike Rosenberg (better known to all and sundry as Passenger) announced that he was to tour Australia.
From mid-January, the tour kicks off at Hobart’s Theatre Royal before making its way through the East Coast capitals, across to New Zealand then back for two final stops in Darwin and Perth.
Now, with his new album ‘Whispers’ in the shops today, comes news that his first Melbourne show – on January 17 at the city’s Palais Theatre – has now completely sold out, prompting organisers to add a second show.
The new show takes place on Sunday January 18. Tickets are on sale now.
