US trio Lady Antbellum will release their new album ‘747’ in Australia in October.
The band’s fifth studio album follows on from ‘Golden’, which was only released in the middle of last year and it sees the band crank things up to another level.
“We unanimously knew that our album title had to be ‘747’,” singer Hillary Scott said. “The track itself has this pushing, driving spirit about it that sums up our attitude right now. We are pushing ourselves as a band and as songwriters… taking ourselves out of our comfort zone and not taking ourselves too seriously. There’s an urgency and an energy to it that we’ve never released before.”
The album comprises 11 new recordings, including highlight track ‘Bartender’ and will land at Australian retail on Friday October 03.
