13’s an unlucky number for many and it’s clear that fans of Aussie outfit Bluejuice are going to have another reason to dislike it, with the band announcing that they’ll bring an end to their 13 year reign at the end of the year.
But it’s not quite time to break out the Kleenex just yet, with a retrospective collection (called ‘Retrospectable’) to be released towards the end of the year, a new single ‘I’ll Go Crazy’ and a national tour.
‘Retrospectable : The Farewell Tour’ will criss-cross the country, kicking off in Adelaide on September 25 before visiting Perth, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Byron Bay and Melbourne, Geelong, Wollongong, Canberra and Newcastle, before wrapping up in Sydney with a big show for their hometown audience at the Metro Theatre on Friday October 24.
So what’s what and when? Single ‘I’ll Go Crazy’ released digitally today. Album ‘Retrospectable’ released on Friday September 19.
