We can certainly think of worse places in the world to be stranded… Yes, Queensland’s idyllic South Stradbroke Island will play host to the inaugural Stranded Festival late next month.
The first of four events to be held across the Aussie summer period, Stranded will take place in a “stunning, secluded location” on South Stradbroke Island on Sunday September 21, with some of Australia’s brightest electronic stars ready to pull up their deckchairs for the first outing.
Alison Wonderland will be there. So too Allday, Safia and Client Liaison. Young Franco is also on the bill, among others.
Earlybird tickets are on sale now. Hit www.strandedfestival.com for more information.
