Yes, they played at Melbourne’s Caulfield Racecourse over the weekend and yes, they’re due to perform in Sydney tomorrow night, but the rest of the country won’t have to wait too long for their slice of Irish group The Script, with Frontier Touring announcing that they’ll be returning to Australia in April next year for a proper arena tour.
Shows in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide are all locked in; the visit kicking off in the West Australian capital on Friday April 24.
But wait, there’s more. You also get the bonus of Labrinth popping over with them to play the support role on all dates.
Both acts have recently released new material (The Script an album called ‘No Sound Without Silence’ and Labrinth a new single called ‘Let It Be’), so be expecting the new stuff to feature alongside their respective previous hits.
Frontier pre-sale kicks off at 2pm AEDT on Thursday, with general public tickets to go live from 10am local time on Tuesday October 21.
