Was it really only September when Megan Washington dropped her latest album ‘There There’? For some reason it feels so much longer ago. Perhaps it’s because, although it debuted at No.5 on the ARIA albums chart, it quickly disappeared from view.
But with the release of the video for the latest single from the project, it could very well be time to (ahem) ‘Begin Again’.
Made in collaboration with the Australian Ballet and featuring its stars Vivienne Wong and Rudy Hawkes, there’s nothing we don’t like about this clip. From the beautiful soft colour tones to the heartfelt lyrics, delivered to perfection by Ms Washington and the staggering physicality of two performers clearly at the top of their craft. Utterly sublimes.
