She might only have two hits under her belt thus far, but that hasn’t stopped Live Nation from this morning confirming that US starlet Meghan Trainor will head to Australia in April this year for headline shows in both Sydney and Melbourne.
Today’s tour announcement is perfectly timed to coincide with the release of Meghan’s debut album ‘Title’, which features her megahit ‘All About That Bass’, which topped the charts locally for four non-consecutive weeks (top ten for three months) and new hit ‘Lips Are Movin’, which has been top ten since its release in November.
Meghan will hit Sydney’s Luna Park Big Top on Monday April 27 before heading to Melbourne for a show at the Forum Theatre on Thursday April 30.
A Live Nation pre-sale for both shows goes live on Wednesday at 10am with general public tickets following from 10am on Friday January 16.
