For the last few years, Melbourne DJ Stereolove (aka James Fraser) has been serving up some smashing dance anthems, like his cover of Sarah Washington’s ‘Heaven’, featuring new vocals from Sarah Washington herself. Or his reworked edition of Koo De Tah’s Aussie classic ‘Too Young For Promises’, vocalled by original singer Tina Cross. Or even his covers of ‘Sleeping Satellite’ or ‘Drive’.
Now Stereolove returns with another fresh reworking, this time of Fleetwood Mac’s 1979 single ‘Sara’.
The original almost cracked the top ten here in Australia on its release, but peaked at No.7 on the US chart; the latter no doubt the reason that renowned dance music promotions company ProMotion has picked the track up in the hope of securing a little love Stateside.
Sara Loera (pictured) is on vocal duty this time around, admirably tackling the track that was originally vocalled by the legendary Stevie Nicks.
