And the award for the most colourful cover images goes to… Well, to be honest, with a name like ‘Colourspacecolour’, we’d expect nothing less really.
Though the Sydney-based synth-pop duo (made up of Jules and Claud) may not be household names just yet, with songs like ‘All I Thought About’ and a graphic designer who obviously knows their shit, they’re well on their way.
The new tune is the latest to be lifted from their self-titled debut EP (cover above), which was released towards the end of last year and of it, the girls said, “we wanted this track to have some serious contrast – the sparse verses against the explosive chorus makes it a bit of an emotional roller coaster. We added a few intergalactic space vibes to make it sound big – like the big relationship disaster it’s based upon.”
