After confirming earlier this month that they’d secured the talents of Ms Mary J Blige, Jill Scott, Jhené Aiko, Charlie Wilson, Daniel Merriweather, Eric Benét, Remi, De La Soul and many more for this year’s edition of Soulfest, organisers of the annual event have this morning confirmed the addition of superstars Ms Lauryn Hill and Miguel to the line-up.
Not only that, but Mos Def’s Black Star is also locked in, as is Jazmine Sullivan, 1200 Techniques and many more, indicating that this year’s events, to be held in Sydney and Melbourne in October will be the hottest yet.
The good people of Brisbane and Perth won’t miss out, however, with sideshows in each city expected to be announced closer to the events.
Tickets for both Soulfest shows are on sale from 10am this Wednesday.
