Here’s a sublime new single that only landed on our desks in the past 24 hours.
London’s William Phillips is obviously an incredibly talented producer and songwriter (he co-penned Sam Smith’s Grammy-winning monster ‘Stay With Me’ i.e. he’s not short of a quid these days). With his latest tune ‘Holding On’, he’s managed to pique the interest of the BBC’s Annie Mac, who this time last week deemed it her ‘Hottest Record’.
For it, he’s teamed up with Us songstress Niia and Sydney’s own Josef Salvat, who both provide their vocals on what could possibly rate as one of the most exciting pop releases of the year.
The hype’s building ahead of its Monday May 25 digital release. An album is expected later in the year.
