The following video clip is rated MA for mature adult audiences. It contains violence, language and… nudity.
While Rihanna might not have been setting the world on fire with her latest forays into the recorded music business (‘FourFiveSeconds’ excluded), no doubt the powers that be are hoping that the seven minute epic that is the just-released video for her latest tune might act as the defibrillator the ‘R8’ project so desperately needs.
It’s got violence, it’s got language, it’s got nudity and it’s therefore a no go for the workplace environment.
We open on the camera pulling out from a scene of a chest with legs hanging out of it, follow the action as Rihanna and co kidnap a woman who’s clearly not short of a penny and watch as we see what lengths she’ll go to to get her cash.
In parts, it’s pretty macabre. But will it be enough to reignite interest in the track? We’re not so sure.

I just couldn’t get through the entire video …the song is just too annoying. The video looked great, but there’s such a huge disconnect between her and the song. I just don’t believe it. I’ve tried with Rihanna, and I know just about EVERYBODY loves her, but I just can’t seem to understand what she’s all about as an artist. I find her to be very overrated.
