Up and coming Sydney talent Montaigne will release her new single ‘Clip My Wings’ tomorrow, so to celebrate, she’s announced a national tour bearing its name from early October that will see her travelling across this wide brown land, from Perth in the West to Brisbane in the East, along with appearances at the Mullum and Gorgeous Music Festivals.
Audiences will have the chance to hear the new single, which deals with “the value of autonomy and standing up for what you believe in”.
“‘Clip My Wings’ is about attempting to push back against your oppressors,” the songstress explains. “I am resilient and have become more self-confident, I am less afraid to stand up for myself and my self-belief and I am expressing that through this song.”
Tickets to her national ‘Clip My Wings’ tour are on sale now.
