The rollout of singles from British duo Disclosure’s latest album project continues apace, with the unveiling overnight of the video for the latest single ‘Magnets’.
Featuring acclaimed New Zealand songstress Lorde, the single follows quickly on from ‘Holding On’ (with Gregory Porter on vocals) and the criminally overlooked ‘Omen’ (featuring Sam Smith), giving the boys another vehicle with which to highlight the fact their album’s now out and about.
The clip’s spectacular. In a mansion perched high on the Hollywood (?) hilltops, with a pair of magenta moons dotting the night sky, Lorde rolls out her feminine wiles and clearly has a man and his sexual urges wrapped around her little finger.
But it seems she’s not the only woman in his life, so she exacts revenge. Visually spectacular revenge.
