While Rihanna’s latest single ‘Kiss It Better’ begins to make its presence felt on mainstream radio stations and charts across the planet, her alt-second single ‘Needed Me’ which, presumably, is tailored specifically to the more urban-focused stations across the USA, now has a music video to call its own.
Needless to say, it’s a gritty piece, filled with guns, fast cars, fast cash, shady characters, nudity, profanities and, as we’ve become accustomed to in the clips for the ‘Anti’ album campaign, clothing so sheer on our leading lady that we’re surprised the sensors at YouTube haven’t started taking umbrage.
Look, it’s not our cup of tea, really, but we understand that it’s got its (limited) appeal. No guesses as to why ‘Kiss It Better’ got the nod for the global single over this.
