Rising English singer songwriter Frances will make her first ever Australian live appearance next month as part of a just-announced promotional visit.
The singer, who captivated audiences with a cover of Justin Bieber’s ‘What Do U Mean’ on BBC’s Radio 1 and who in April released her moving single ‘Don’t Worry About Me’ (video below), will play a one-off show at Sydney’s Paddington Uniting Church on Thursday June 16.
It’s part of a five day-long visit, full of promotional appearances, that her label EMI hopes will help turn her into a favourite of Australian audiences in the lead-up to the release of her debut artist album later this year.
That album will feature collaborations with some of the biggest names in the songwriting game, including Jimmy Napes, Greg Kurstin and Jonny Latimer.
Pre-sales for the Sydney show are on sale from this Thursday, while general public tickets are on sale from 10am local time on Tuesday May 31.
