Introducing Sydney five piece Breakaway and the video for their latest single ‘Restart’.
Though there are some undeniable rock elements in the band’s sound, most of which emanate from frontman Sam Biland’s raspy vocal, ‘Restart’ is very pop at its heart and lyrically positive, telling a story of “moving on and finding something or someone that gives you a reason to pick yourself up and restart your life”.
It’s the first step on the road to the release of the band’s debut album, tasters of which they’ll be offering up on their just-announced live tour, which kicks off in Sydney on September 24.
