Live Nation has confirmed that the 2017 Australian leg of his ‘In The Now’ world tour by legendary performer Barry Gibb has been cancelled.
The tour, which was due to kick off on April 05 in Brisbane, will now not go ahead – here or in New Zealand – due to “a change in international commitments”.
“As it is currently not possible to reschedule the performances, refunds will be available to all ticket holders of the Live Nation produced headline shows,” the statement reads.
Barry’s appearance at Bluesfest has also been shelved.
This won’t come as good news for those who have purchased tickets as gifts for Christmas this weekend; they’ll be sent scrambling to find a last minute replacement present.
