You might recognise the three ladies from Beatz from their appearances on the Aussie version of ‘The X Factor’.
They appeared on the now-defunct reality talent contest in both 2014 and 2016, getting as far as the top five last year.
Coach (and former Spice Girl) Mel B saw something in them, so it’s no surprise to see them readying the release of their new single ‘Ain’t Your Girl’.
Even latest ‘X Factor’ host Jason Dundas is a fan.
“This track has international appeal, and Tayla’s rap sounds like it’s straight out of the LA clubs,” he said in a statement. “Since the moment I first met Beatz backstage at ‘X Factor’, it was clear to me that they have the passion and drive that is required to make it in this game.”
Due for release early next month, the girls’ single was produced by Michael D’Arcy, who’s previously lent his talents to tracks by the likes of Timomatic, Samantha Jade, Jess Mauboy, Stan Walker etc.
And they’re set to launch it with a show at The Carter in Sydney on Saturday April 08.
The track will then drop digitally on Sunday April 09.
