Will Georgia have faith that they’ll be able to triumph above the rest at Eurovision 2017?
Just by how the draw has fallen this year, they’ll be wanting to pull something magical out of the hat to avoid missing the Grand Final; they’re set to perform second in the first semi final on Tuesday week.
This will be the tenth time Georgia has stepped up to the plate at the Eurovision Song Contest. They even withdrew from the competition one year (2009), seemingly after pressure from Russia.
But they won’t have to worry about the Russians this year as they won’t be competing.
But does Tamara Gachechiladze have what it takes to see Georgia flying high in the Grand Final?
‘Keep The Faith’ is an anthem for the downtrodden to keep persevering through adversity; so inspirational, dramatic and stirring.
But not necessarily groundbreaking. We’ll give it six points.
