Germany will be hoping for a swift reversal of a recent form slump in Eurovision competition when it steps out in Kiev next month.
As one of the “big five” nations, Germany doesn’t need to bother itself with the trials and tribulations of the semi finals on May 09 and 11. Instead, it’s automatically qualified for the final on May 13.
But it’ll be wanting to perform a heck of a lot better than it did in 2015 and 2016, when it came stone cold last.
Levina is the woman who’s tasked with turning the ship around.
And she’ll be performing the track ‘Perfect Life’.
It’s a relatively likeable track; a sweet mid-tempo pop song with a cute chorus… an effective middle of the road single with a great pop vocal.
Whether it’s enough to see the Germans off the bottom of the heap in 2017… we’d like to think so.
