Former ‘The Voice’ winner and Danish Eurovision entrant Anja Nissen will release a new EP tomorrow.
The ‘Where I Am’ EP (cover pictured above) is named after the track she’ll perform at Eurovision a week from today.
“The song is about letting go, particularly in relationships,” Anja reveals. “Breaking down the emotional walls and letting you give love and receive love. Haven’t we all been in that situation where we’ve felt lost and we’ve felt we don’t know who we are and that no one is going to accept us for who we are? But at the end of the day we make a decision to not care and just to let go. That’s what the song is about.”
The EP will feature six new songs, each of which was produced by the boys at MSquared Productions in Melbourne. And it marks the first time Anja has released songs that she’s actually co-written.
The ‘Where I Am’ EP is released tomorrow.
