Two months on from the release of her new single ‘Can’t Bring This Down’, former Disney starlet Bridgit Mendler delivers its video.
Bridgit hasn’t really broken through in Australia, reaching a peak of No.53 with her 2012 single ‘”Ready Or Not’; her highest chart position in Australia thus far.
And given ‘Can’t Bring This Down’ was released a couple of months ago and failed to trouble the chart here – or anywhere else in the world for that matter – we can’t see things changing anytime soon.
It’s a slick urban/R&B number, but it honestly doesn’t feel like a single to us. More like one of those lovely little grat tracks one might receive with an album pre-order.
