We are excited to introduce Sydneys hottest new duo, MOZA!
MOZA were the talented production duo behind the 2017 remake of Tina Arena’s ‘Sorrento Moon’ with Dannii Minogue.
And, after their Kota Banks collaboration ‘Empty Streets’ hit 10 million streams on Spotify, Cam and Toby have just released their awesome new single ‘Keep Up’.
Brad swung by Universal Music HQ in Sydney for a chat with the boys, which is split into three parts.
In the first video below, the boys reveal that they first met as band members in a folk-rock band called ‘Blackbird Collective’. On the eve of releasing ‘On The Line’, their first single as a duo, they made a quick decision to change their name after seeing a Mozart vinyl on the way home after a few drinks.
The boys also tell us they were pleasantly surprised by the success of ‘Empty Streets’, a self-described “throw away song” they put out with good friend Kota Banks.
And they inform us that the inspiration for their new single ‘Keep Up’ comes from their determination to make it in the cut-throat local music industry. Cam and Toby motivate each other not to give up on their quest;
We’ll pubish the second video in the series tomorrow morning just before The Purge.
In the meantime, to keep tabs on their future endeavours and any upcoming appearances, be sure to hit them up on one of their social handles below;
