James Blunt will be back in Australia early next year to perform as part of A Day On The Green’s 2018 summer series.
Not only that, but the popular performer will also play indoor theatre shows in Sydney and Melbourne as part of his visit.
The shows will form part of his ‘The Afterlove’ world tour, in support of his latest studio album.
The British performer’s fifth studio album dropped at the start of this year and has so far given us two singles, ‘Love Me Better’ and ‘Bartender’.
Another song, ‘Don’t Give Me Those Eyes’ was serviced to Australian media in May after James performed the track at the 2017 Logie Awards.
Naturally, he’ll be performing those tracks along with the hits that made him famous in March.
“Australia has always been the most fun part of every world tour I’ve ever done, and the fans at the shows have always given me the warmest of welcomes. I can’t wait to get back,” he said in a statement.
The A Day On Th Green shows in four states will also feature four homegrown favourites in support; Pete Murray, Busby Marou, Alex Lloyd and Karise Eden.
Morgan Evans has been confirmed as the special guest for the indoor shows – at the Star Event Centre in Sydney on March 13 and the Palais Theatre in Melbourne on March 16.
Frontier members get a pre-sale on the two indoor shows. Those tickets are live from Wednesday September 06 at 2pm local time.
Tickets for all shows are on sale from 10am on Monday September 11.
