Presenting a little taste of ‘Honey’ for your Sunday night, the new single from Sydney songstress Danielle Deckard.
Lifted from a forthcoming album project, more details of which are due to be revealed sometime this month, ‘Honey’ follows on from 2017’s ‘This Is How I Dance’ EP and single ‘Happy’.
“‘Honey’ is about the end of something,” Danielle explains. “It’s about trying to put off the inevitable and ultimately failing. It’s about regret, but also about letting go.
“I’ve always loved listening to sad songs, so it probably makes sense that I enjoy writing them.”
Released on Friday, the track also comes complete with an impressive music video, filmed in and around the streets of Chinatown in Sydney.
Keep your eyes peeled on Danielle’s FACEBOOK page for details of an upcoming Pozible campaign in support of her upcoming album ‘Happy’, due in the middle of the year.
