Pop powerhouse outfit Foreigner have added an extra show in Melbourne to their upcoming Australian orchestral tour.
Most famous for their ’80s classic global No.1 ‘I Want To Know What Love Is’, the band will be in the country in October this year for previously announces shows in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra.
They’ve also confirmed a one-off show at Broadwater Park on the Gold Coast on Saturday October 20 following the conclusion of the Gold Coast Supercars event.
But given they’ve already sold out their October 30 performance at Melbourne’s Hamer Hall, the band has added a second show at the same venue to cope with demand – on Monday October 29.
As with the other dates, they’ll be playing the hits that made them famous, including ’80s classics ‘Feels Like The First Time’, ‘Waiting For A Girl Like You’, ‘Cold As Ice’ and their aforementioned global smash.
Tickets for the new Melbourne show are on sale from 10am AEST on Monday, July 02.
