The Sydney and Melbourne dates for UK outfit Bastille, due to hit later this week, have been postponed.
The group was due to be down under for a gig at the Forum Theatre in Melbourne on Saturday followed by a gig at Luna Park Big Top in Sydney on Sunday.
However, due to “unforeseen circumstances”, the gigs have been pushed back to January.
“It’s with deep regret due to unforeseen circumstances we’re unable to play the shows planned in Australia in coming days,” the band said in a statement. “We hugely apologise for any inconvenience caused to our Australian fans.
“The rescheduled shows in Australia are in January, we hope those of you with tickets can make these new dates next year. Huge apologies for a change in plans, we plan to make it up to you in the near future.”
The Sydney date shifts to Luna Park Big Top on Saturday January 19.
The Melbourne show is now at the Forum Theatre on Friday January 18.
All existing tickets are valid for the new dates.
