Last month, pop icon Janet Jackson released a new single entitled ‘Made For Now’. Now there’s a music clip… with an Aussie twist.
A slew of Ms Janet’s Australian fans have come together to create a brand new music video.
Sydney artist Ramos Jakob and choreographer Melanie Louise spread the word on social media that there were looking for culturally diverse dancers to be part of a new music video.
Brilliantly, they’ve been able to incorporate dancers from across the planet; European, Asia, South American, Indian and even some Indigenous dancers.
Amazingly, it’s even caught the eye of Ms Janet herself.
“I am so excited to see the community embrace the message of ‘Made For Now’ and I want to send a big thank-you to all my Sydney fans for participating in such a wonderful project,” she said in a statement.
“Dance and music make all of our lives richer and Australia is an amazing example of diversity making a community strong. I look forward to getting down to Australia to see everyone soon.”
Take a look at the Aussie version of the video below.
