ARIA has announced the nominees in the Artisan and Fine Arts categories for this year’s ARIA Awards.
At the same time, they’ve announced that the annual awards ceremony is due to return to The Star Event Centre in Sydney on November 28.
The Artisan awards categories cover Best Cover Art, Engineer Of The Year and Producer Of The Year.
While the Fine Arts Awards encompasses Best Classical Album, Best Jazz Album and Best World Music Album, along with the Best Comedy Release.
The winners of each of these categories will be revealed at the ARIA nominations event at the Art Gallery Of New South Wales on Thursday October 11.
That’s the same event at which we’ll find out the nominees in each of the mainstream categories.
“Congratulations to all of this year’s nominees in the Fine Arts, Artisan and Best Comedy Release Awards,” ARIA President Denis Handlin said. “ARIA is delighted to present these awards and to recognise the highly talented Australian musicians, artists and artisans across the diversity of the seven award categories.”
