Check out ‘My Hands’, the brand new single from 19 year old Sunshine Coast singer songwriter Jack Gray.
The track dropped towards the end of September. But now said track also comes with its own music video.
It’s got a real ‘fly-on-the-wall’ feel to it; catching Jack as he records music in the comfort of the studio and his home/hotel room, skating down the back streets of Redfern in Sydney or trying to get the attention of the pretty young girl on the balcony.
“My mates and I got together and made a fun little music video for ‘My Hands’,” Jack explains. “I think we forgot what we were there for by the end of the day ‘cause we started partying so early. Loved every second of it.
“The song lyrically is kind of about trying to get out of a relationship that’s not fully functional, but you’re just sticking around sort of for the purposes of lust.”
If you want to catch him live, you’ll find him supporting E^st on her national tour throughout November and again in the support role on the Dean Lewis national tour throughout November and December.
‘My Hands’, meantime, is out now.
