You may remember Melbourne-born Leea Nanos from the ‘Eurovision : Australia Decides’ event earlier this year.
Now the 17 year old is back and armed with her latest single, ‘Don’t Call Me’.
Lyrically, the new track deals with a situation we’ve probably all been in from time to time…
“My new single ‘Don’t Call Me’ is about telling those in a toxic relationship to leave because you deserve better and have better things to do,” Leea explains.
“This was a personal experience of mine, I am a very resilient person when it comes to being hurt so I want to empower others to do the same, that it will get better and to always look forward.
“It’s a sassy song that you sing in your room thinking about your ex. It also relates to when your ex comes back and regrets leaving you but you’ve moved on.”
Though it was released a few weeks back, the dark and brooding music video is brand spanking new.
