The new Mobs single ‘Big World’, released on Friday, is an super-fresh uptempo pop anthem that deserves to be heard.
The Melbourne-based four piece should find themselves plastered over commercial radio networks across the country with this fresh new piece, which is inspired by the classic movie ‘Honey, I Shrunk The Kids’.
“I decided to base it on the subtle romance playing out throughout the movie,” explains lead singer Jordan Clarey. “But more so taking the concept of feeling small in a big world, and overcoming life struggles with someone by your side no matter the odds.”
As for the fresh hooks and catchy chorus… “The nostalgic pop sound that we have created is something that we have been working on for a long time,” reveals the band’s bass player Scott MacDougall. “It’s amazing that we have the opportunity to take these songs overseas and showcase them to people on the other side of the world.”
It’s a fantastic pop track. And we reckon you’re going to love it. Check it out here;
